Being in the heart of Dude Ranch Country - riding
is very popular. Saddle horses may be obtained nearby. There are
also great bike routes and hiking trails in any direction. Golf
courses are located in Lake Luzerne and Lake George which are open
to the public. It is a thirty minute ride to Saratoga Springs to
see the best in thoroughbred horse racing. White water rafting is
also available at several locations in Lake Luzerne.
For your convenience in dining out, you have your choice from delis
to restaurants within walking distance. Nearby entertainment and
dancing can be enjoyed nightly. On Route 9N it takes less than 10
minutes to drive to Lake George's or Lake Luzerne's famous eating
places.
