General information:
  • Check-in: 3pm-9pm (if arriving later, please notify the office)
  • Check-out: by 10am
  • Office is open from 8am-11pm daily
  • NO smoking in rooms
  • Holidays: 3-day minimum stay
  • Visa and Master Card Accepted
    All of our units include:
  • Air Conditioner
  • Cable TV with remotes
  • Linen
  • Bath Towels
  • Refrigerator

There is a communal kitchen for all our guests in motel units and cabins to use to make meals and coffee!

All Prices Plus applicable taxes except housekeepers rented by the week.
In July and August, housekeeping cabins are rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday.

Off-season rates: available upon request and based on availability
Weekends only in September
Closed from October 1st to May 1st

Additional Person Rate: $10 per person/night, or $50 per person/week (regular room rates based on 2 guests in motel units & cabins, 4 guests in housekeeping units). Children under 10 years of age - NO charge

Excessive Cleaning Fee: We reserve the right to charge an additional $25 fee if premises are left unreasonably dirty (this includes, but not limited to: dirty dishes left in sink, damage to and/or loss or hotel property, etc.)

Deposit Policy:
  • To confirm your reservation for weekly rentals:
    • $300 - Housekeeping units
    • $150 - Motel units and cabins
  • To confirm your reservation for daily rentals (more than 1 night, less than 1 week):
    • 1 day deposit based on type of room
  • Deposits will be refunded if cancellation more than 30 days in advance of arrival date
  • Deposits will NOT be refunded for weekly rental reservations if cancellation less than 30 days in advance of arrival date
  • NO refunds for early departures
  • All cancellations are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Please bring your own BEACH TOWELS!!!!

Our guests can enjoy free use of rowboats and paddleboats!!!
